Do you ship worldwide and how much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping with track & trace when purchasing 2 or more shorts.

The standard delivery time is 6-10 working days (worldwide).

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (weekdays) and are shipped out within 1-2 working days (always quicker when we can). We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

The estimated delivery time below is based on the average delivery time for these services and cannot be guaranteed.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your items have shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one, or if the tracking number isn't working, don't worry. Just contact us and we will take care of it. 

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times listed above. Most of these delays are due to international customs clearance, which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long and we will work with you to solve the problem.

Import duties and taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. These charges are set by your local customs authorities and must be paid to your local courier or authority in order for you to receive your order. These fees are not charged by Palm Aesthetics and may be charged before, during or after delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. This means we do not refund any import, duties or taxes.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.


If you wish to cancel your order, please email immediately after you place your order and we will do our best to assist you. However, due the fast processing time of our system and the availability of our customer service, this is not always possible. 

Lost parcel?
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before proceeding with refunds and returns. If the order has not been received 60 days after shipment, the order can be refunded.
