Legal basis

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), we process your personal data on the following lawful bases if you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA"):

Your consent;

-Execution of the contract between you and the website;

-Fulfillment of our legal obligations;

-To protect your vital interests;

For our legitimate interests that do not outweigh your fundamental rights and freedoms.

We do not carry out fully automated decision-making that has legal effects or otherwise significantly affects you using customer data.

Our data processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have legal effects or otherwise significantly affect you.

Services that include elements of automated decision making include:

Temporary list of IP addresses related to repeated failed transactions. This denial list lasts for a few hours.

Temporary list of credit cards associated with denied IP addresses. This list of denials lasts for a few days.

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to transfer it to a new service and to request that your personal data be corrected, updated or deleted. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at

Your personal data will initially be processed in Ireland and then transferred outside Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States. For more information on how data transfers comply with the GDPR, please see the Shopify GDPR Whitepaper:
